3GB RAM
Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family (Up to date)

Please help :c i tried absolutely everything and still getting this error. I'm starting to think that simply my computer can't run the game.

Yap i think your card is the problem Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family
90% sure
If you hade the original older DOOM 3 you can play the game i think,but this is update version whit HD graphics and biger resolutiona and bether graphics etc ... So you need more bether PC

3 years old at least. It has a Dual-Core 2.20Ghz, preety good, but the integrated graphics card is always the damn problem.

Ya, if the updated drivers don't work...this is why I prefer desktop gaming. :s You could try Nvidia parts.
