Are you sure about that? I'm looking at that tab right now ("Basic system controls") and I don't see it. I also can't use it outside of a combo; 5A+B just gives me the standard 5B attack.
Thanks! So in a game where all the other mechanics have names like Infinite Worth EXS and Cross Cast Veil Off, they decided to name this new one... Special Move.
Thanks for the info! It seems like a significant oversight that this isn't documented in the tutorial.
All good, thanks for replying!
A+B is a universal combo ender that causes hard knockdown, which is actually kinda hard to get in most anime fighters because Oki can be HELLA oppressive but they worked around that with 3+6+D.
A+B universal Hard knockdown ONLY works mid combo. You'll know you've done it right when you see a kind of misty red effects.
It's not to be confused like Ben seems to have previously (No shade here, just trying to be helpful because I can get the confusion
No offense taken, but I have to reply since you've called me out by name :) I wasn't confused. I was asking about the name and properties of this move, since they weren't documented in-game (whereas the B+C Force Function moves you're referring to have long been included in the move lists).
