However, I don't know if I'd like to play through the game now. It seems like if you are new and trying to play multiplayer, you will just get paired up with overpowered high level characters farming items and making your combat encounters trivial. That seems like really stupid design.
So yea, I like it so far and we will see what Nexon does with the game in the future.
It sounds like it needs more endgame content.
My only issue with the game so far (and it's a big one) is how easy it is and then suddenly you hit a ridiculous wall. There's no transition to things getting more difficult, it goes from you killing everything in 1-2 hits barely taking a scratch when surrounded, to suddenly you're getting one shotted by everything and doing no damage. It's weird scaling that really, really sours the experience. I feel like now I have to farm for days and days just to kill Devourer because until this point, gear absolutely did not matter, now I apparently have to have best in slot everything? Come on.
Not exactly easy to gauge your gear when the only two outcomes are "I'm dying instantly to enemies 10 miles away" or "I'm invincible and everything I breathe towards dies".
