Help contacting Customer Support

Nexon's customer support doesn't work. Steam leads you to https://global.support.tfd.nexon.com/hc/en-001 , which requires you to sign in to create a ticket. Sign in is broken, as when I'm selecting "Steam" platform, Nexon's website says "Unexpected error occurred" and that's it.

Please help - how do I contact customer support? There is a problem with Caliber: I have 800, but whenever I'm trying to purchase something that says it costs 400 the game says I don't have enough.

I wonder, since this is money, if you could report all this to Steam. I know they will say to contact Nexon, but if you say that you have tried. You never know, they might at least consider a refund.

Try different browser, notably one without any ad or script blockers or whatever extensions.
