Same issue, have restarted, verified, uninstalled/reinstalled, still having the same issue

When you say AMD are you meaning CPU or GPU?

Intel cpu's have issues with this game and its a known bug and im going to assume you know that.

Regardless just update your drivers first and try again. I had a crash with rendering shader cache and a driver update solved it for me.

If all else fails, reinstall.
