did you move your window focus from the game to other window?
My guess is this. The more you try to move the focus out of the game like alt+tab, it cause massive lag when you move your mouse.

I've experienced the same thing as you, but I've kept my windows focus to the game and I've never had a mouse lag.
not at all. I am movin mouse in game in focus) When i move it i see GPU dropped loads to 3-4%, and when i stops - it became 40%+ GPU load... weird things.

Turn your mouse down to 500hz polling rate. I noticed mine ran like crap too and for whatever reason I noticed it was only when I was moving my mouse. I have a Glorious Model D Wireless and opened up the software to see what my polling rate was. It was set to 1,000hz so I set it down to 500 and all the mouse moving stutter went away. Hope this helps? Also I'm running 5900x with 7900xtx on a samsung 32:9 at 5120x1440.

#Must try #100% working
0. Exit the game
1. go C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\M1\Saved\Config\Windows
2. New create txt file
3. add this line [/script/engine.inputsettings]
bEnableMouseSmoothing=False
4. select all, save as input.ini file

update drivers?

I saw in another thread that the polling rate for your mouse has to be under 1000, i changed mine to 500 and it appears to have improved it but its not fully gone. Its way more playable now.

It also seems like alt tabbing breaks the game, if you hold right click while moving your mouse, it is smooth until you let go.

Hopefully they fix this :(

I did the polling rate on my G903 all the way to 125.....put all settings back on ultra was doing great. Then put polling back to 1000 and it was fine. see if it stays good next time I play
