Hentai scenes? To my knowledge, there is nothing pornographic in the game and never was. The update was probably bug fixes, nothing to worry about. If it was anything too big, they'd just make a new game or DLC. So no worries

Seems like they fixed the uncivil war achievement bug possibly. Just received it loading up a Hugo Ex very easy save file and defeating toal, which was not triggering a day or two ago.

Do you mean the one where you were suppose to be able to start with an SP bonus based on how many difficulties, and characters you've finished the game with, but you weren't given the option again after the first time? If so, that was already fixed when they did the update to its use of Steam Cloud not long before Trails in the Sky was released.
