Hurr durr. I already refunded it. Kinda hard to know IN ADVANCE, yes?
Get your logic straight my friends.
Nobody forces you to buy a product, it's pretty clear the amount of content currently present in the early access the game have not hidden that fact at any point.
If anything my concern is more how the game is designed and the amount that the final game will have because the characters have a very rigid moveset that won't change (aside from the choice of ultimate). Power ups are nice but they just enhance what already exist.
I hope they find ways to have a bigger impact on each character's moveset through updates otherwise the final product might feel more repetitive than most roguelikes.
(It's probably the most polished/highest quality roguelike I've played at this point despite it being early access though)
This is incorrect, new content will be added this Spring with a new Hero, new Ultimate Abilities for all Heroes and other improvements.
Maybe you are just a kid who has parents to buy everything for them lol.
New zone is much more important. New hero is still very small chunk of content which changes nothing tbh. As a game developer myself I understand why you push game into release so early but you guys must prioritize some stuff to provide full core game loop instead of adding new heroes. Playing act one will be boring as hell even if you add 10000 new heroes, you will not catch new audience and can't hold old because how much people will stick to the game after 10 hours of play with lack of content? I guarantee that retention on d30 will be around zero meanwhile roguelike games should have great replayability. This is the nature of this game genre. You have great foundation for that but simply lack of content to show to public what is this game about.
I can provide detailed feedback on this game as rl veteran but I see you know all I can say by yourself. Just be fair with your audience and rework the roadmap. Provide full game and work on new heroes and abilites later because this is much less important.
