Farming enemy kills
The only achievement I'm missing is the one to kill 10 million total enemies. Does anyone know the quickest way to achieve it/farm kills specifically?

Risk of Storm or Risk of Monsoon with Adamantite Rod and not taking the altar, preferably with +Spawn Rate cards.

Damn, that's what I've been doing I was just hoping there was a quicker way. Also, is the adamantine rod necessary, as the stage doesn't end until the altar is used?

I mixed tips. The adamantite rod is necessary for general farming outside of Risk of Monsoon. Otherwise, you're right.
