Frankly, I'm glad I didn't fall for buying the latest Painkiller game, like I've done in the past! I've bought every single Painkiller game at launch because Painkiller: Black was so damn good, but each time I've been hugely disappointed. Hell, I even bought Dreamkiller at launch because it looked and sounded so much like Painkiller!
From now on, the only time I'm giving any future Painkiller games (if they even decide to make any more after the last few installments) a try is if the original team behind the first game are back on board. No more poorly made fan expansions or entries by unknown dev teams. It's either People Can Fly at the helm or nothing!
You know Duke Nukem was purchased by 2K and developed by Gearbox (I think)? Gearbox is a good company, but Duke Nukem was still considered a crappy game. Now I actually liked it. But this is only more reason to suspect this will be crap.
2.) If you did then you know that this isn't a game made by the same devs.
3.) Ify you read, then you should have known this was a mod/add-on/expansion
4.) IT F-ing 5 dollars. Most DLC will give you just a weapon.
