The Season Pass does not include the Child's Play DLC. I am looking at the graphic for the Season Pass, and it does not have a Child's Play logo. Where exactly are you seeing this?

If you mean this pack http://store.steampowered.com/sub/34679/ which is the only pack with SR4, then the answer is NO, you have until Jan 13th to buy it, less than 16hours if you want the -60% discount http://store.steampowered.com/app/247296/?snr=1_5_9__405, after that you can't never buy it again, you don't have to own SR4, you can buy it as a gift and have it in your inventory until you buy SR4

No [V]_IdolNinja said its only available until Jan 13th, it's a one time offer only, you buy it now or never, there will probably be a other Child's Play Pack in the future but the content will not be the same as the current one
