I too am having this issue. Updating graphics driver and changing settings did nothing. reverifying didnt either

Same issue here. Already updated graphics drivers and changed settings. Verifying integrity now but I'm guessing it won't change anything. Meanwhile my friend has zero issues.

Someone suggested it could be related to DX12, which could make sense
