Clear Sky was the last Stalker game I got (received SoC and CoP in a bundle from a friend). Shadow of Chernobyl is the best starting point... without a doubt.
If you HAVE played a Stalker game before... or even both SoC and CoP... then yes, you should buy Clear Sky if you're looking for more Stalker goodness. But I would wait for a sale... (It's what I did).
yes u should. maybe this game is full of bags but it is ine of the best games. if u love metro or fallout u shoul play it
The game sadly comes with a few bugs that are not fixed by official sources(since GSC studio doesn't exist anymore), but there are plenty of mods out there that fixes and/or enhances the game. Amongst these fixes comes crash fixes and fixes for visual bugs. So with minor hassle you will enjoy the game. As Clear Sky takes place before SoC, the landscape will look the same, but varied in way. If you want to experience the story, I recommend you start with SoC and work your way up.
A very popular mod series for all three games are Stalker Complete. I'll post a link below if you're interested.
