Do not buy this game on steam

If you want a good value. Go to the devs website www.retrocityrampage.com and buy it off them there. At least you get a steam key + a DRM free version of the game. Oh and the game is worth the $15 if you loved playing your pixelated games back in the day.

DRM == Copy Protection.
A DRM free version is a version with no kind of copy protection in it. Meaning you get an installer file that can be used on any computer and as many times as you like without having to worry about stuff like CD-Keys, online account activation or any of those other inconvenient attempts to stop piracy.

Still runs fine. You get better value buying through the official site yes.

Steam isn't restrictive with its "DRM" you can install and run your games on any machine so long as you authorize the machine via a code they send you in an e-mail. Still buying off the official site is better value.

Thanks for the headsup. Additionally it's $2.40 cheaper for Europeans despite the Steam holiday sale ^^

Steam is a form of DRM. As for third-party DRM, not many games come with that at all fortunately.
