I own Anno 1800. I press 'Play' in Steam and the game opens fine. I buy Anno 2070, press 'Play' and it forces me to enter a password every single time. Refund requested.

I am coming back to this game after a couple of years, however I can't actually get into the game menu to play a mission or anything. It's just stuck on 'login' on the title screen (with the earth animation in the background). I recall this used to take about 20-30secs and was never an issue. Before the game starts UbiSoft Connect prompts me to login to my account which I can do successfully. I am not sure what this issue is. This forum seems to be still active so I don't think they've turned off the game...
