Launcher Graphical Bug -- Cannot Launch

[Third Eye]

I've had Waveform installed for some time and every time I try to launch it something doesn't work. The launcher is launched with a full black screen with white on the buttons. The cursor is also a white box. Upon trying to launch, the process is running on my computer but no application is launched.

I keep hoping that a bugfix would take care of this, but it's been months and nothing is working.
