Dynasty shield changing itself

So I started playing as chief of Gotland with my own viking dynasty (named after me of course)
And after some time I had myself a "great-Gotland" through heritage consisting of Gardariki and more along the baltic coast, ANYYWAY:
all of a sudden when I was loading my game I noticed that my precious dynasty shield had changed, and it was ugly as hell. And it even turns out it changes everytime i click the savegame, i don't even have to load the game. It changes randomly, but with the same ugly colours.
Has this happened to anyone else?
I've been cheating A LOT so that might be it, any ideas?

I've asked the same question, GUTE, but I didn't receive a response.

I have noticed that if I exit completely out and bring the game back up, my dynasty shield has returned to normal. I also noticed that as my shield morphs, it seems to keep the existing color scheme. I'm not sure what causes it, but the point at which I realized I could restart the game and get my shield back I stopped monitoring it.

I noticed mine changed when my norse leader died and his muslim son took over.

Mine also uses the same colour scheme every time, but reloading won't help :(
I even tried the editor and it didn't work, I shall try to reinstall the game.

Necro'd thread... but this happened to me for the first time a few days ago when I reformed the Norse faith. Kinda sucks.

i think one problem is that the different religions have different shield shapes, and not all of the designs are avaiable for all religions. so if yoiu change your religion your shield will change too.

It'd be nice if when that happened it would give you the chance to redesign your dynasty crest. I mean, I went from Norse pagan to Norse reformed and it changed; they can't be that different.

The problem seems to be the different religious layouts of the shields, yes.
But that does not explain why the shield keeps changing each time I reload.
Even after using the customizer and saving this keeps happening.
Please help us paradox - snälla hjälp oss paradox!

I'm hoping they will fix it in the update that will come when they release the new India DLC.
