Bug Collection
I think we need a thread collecting bugs. I couldn't find any.

My System: Ubuntu 12.04 x64

Bugs: The Tutorials really need some overiew. In the War-Tutorial (Beginners) the marked Button in the first step isn't working and if you click the symbol in the extended view-menu, it doesn't work either. In the Troup-Movement Tutorial, the tutorial just stops after you moved your troups on land. In the T. about your "Council" (I hope this is the right word, I'm playing in german...), the first person is always called some weird variable-name or something. (Just a few examples)

Anyway... its a great game and thank you for the Linux support!

All the same here - Including the problems and the "thank you" for the Linux version!

You can add multiplayer to the list. Meta-server does not work as well as joining non-linux games, sync errors happen frequently

Absolute Cognatic succession is very buggy. It allows females to have the same rights as men as far as inheritance. It is only available to Basque cultures and only the kingdom of Navarra has it as its default culture. I know the cultural limitation is intended, which btw I think is kind of stupid as it limits my options, and makes me have to go through uneeded effort just to give women equal rights when not playing as Navarra.

The bug comes from having children with a ruler of a different dynasty. For some reason, despite me having a higher title, and my dynasty being the one carried on by my children, my hier is always raised in the wifes/husbands court. Regardless if my heir is male or female. Because for some reason the game seems to be unable to recognize that your heir is your heir. It just sees it as a child from the ruler you married. Which in the case of a female heir it sees no great potential and the ai will by default marry your female heir normally, thereby making all children of a different dynasty and ending your game. To make it worse you can't even invite your child to your court because they will almost always have equal or better relationship with the parent whos court they are in, and there is also a additional minimun requirement you have to overcome.

You can change the sucession laws, but that requires some serious luck/effort for large empires, and why would I want to if I had delibertly changed them so females could inherit?

Anyway as it stands Absolute Cognatic sucession does not work properly, which is a pretty big disapointment considering it is already limited by design.
