Is there a way I can switch to Basque culture using my husband? I married my daughter to a man from Basque culture is there a way I can transfer his culture to be mine? Or does that only work for Guardians?

Only guardians, though vassals can change to the culture of their liege for a prestige hit. Not sure if that works for courtiers.

Only guardians, even though i do think theres an event that makes you the culture of your capital county. so if you have a basque capital theres a slight chance. otherwise just make your husband educate the future line of succession.

There is a random event that allows you to change your culture to that which is most prevalent within your realm. Otherwise follow the above advice.

Well I wasnt going to change it but I keep getting daughters in every line of succession so I'd rather just switch to Basque and make women equal so I dont take the penalties.

If you have agnatic-cognatic succession then just get elective monarchy, girls can be your heirs that way if they are voted in & this strategy is my favoured way of making succession work.
