What exactly are the disease names for the console
I've typed in everything the wiki has to offer and I keep getting the same response:
Invalid disease!

What the hell are the names of the diseases for the console!!!
Because they are not what the wiki has listed.

If you are trying to add disease traits to someone you can go to https://ck2.paradoxwikis.com/Traits#Diseases and look under the "Command" column to find the traits' "technical" names. For example Camp Fever is has_typhus, so you'd do "add_trait has_typhus"

Around half the diseases have weird "technical" names that don't correspond to the displayed trait names.

If you go to the game directory steamapps/common/Ck2/common/disease. There will 2 text files that give you the trait names.

So if you want to remove the plague from a character for example the command would be - remove_trait has_bubonic_plague *char id*.

Ah, if you are trying to create an outbreak rather than add to a specific character then follow the instructions @Torvic gave. They can differ from both display name and trait name. For example we have Slow Fever, with trait name "has_typhus", and disease name "typhus".
