Report a translation problem
Around half the diseases have weird "technical" names that don't correspond to the displayed trait names.
So if you want to remove the plague from a character for example the command would be - remove_trait has_bubonic_plague *char id*.
Ah, if you are trying to create an outbreak rather than add to a specific character then follow the instructions @Torvic gave. They can differ from both display name and trait name. For example we have Slow Fever, with trait name "has_typhus", and disease name "typhus".
