In search type msconfig window, select the tab startup
Is there a program called LaunchHPOSIAPP if yes try to remove the checkmark explored it and restart
It help me and now I have no problem
That seems to be an HP keyboard related program. I don't have it though.

Same for me. So +2 internets for this man! In case that forum post ever gets deleted, set '[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Widcomm\BTConfig\General]
"KeyIndication"=dword:00000000' in the registry. If you have issues with capslock minimizing games, you have widcomm bluetooth drivers installed, and you see notifications in the bottom right corner when you hit capslock, this is your culprit.
1. Push Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys at same time, then your task manager will be shown.
2. Push 'process' tab on the top, and find vksts.exe.
3. Click 'End process' button on the bottom.
4. Try steam game again.
