Thx, for let us germans now play uncensored version! Just bought all 3 pre succesors, because i never palyed them, because a censored version never ever comes into my account! Now I can! thx again! Cant wait to start with the first title!

Agree Hans, thanks Bethesda and hope they unlock asap the classics Wolfenstein 3D, Spear of Destiny, Return to castle Wolfenstein and ReRelease Wolfenstein (2009) again to Steam.

Bethesda please unlock Doom 2, Quake 2 Expansion Packs, Quake 3-4, Doom 3 RoE for German customers. Thanks.

Wrong. It has something to do with the courage, to go into revision of a court decision, that could have been done 20 years ago!

No, some small people, who made satiric game went into that in germany, after they made a swastika attack for a politican in a videogame! Now, swastikas in Videogames are allowed! All bigger companys could have achieved that years ago! And no, youre wrong! this law never existed! I ask myself why all you people believe, it were banned! It was never! It was just a bad understanding of laws of one judge, nobody respeaked and so went into revision! Or the next instance! I see, you do not really understand german laws. Its pretty easy, if you understand the logic behind how it works! I do, so I all the time knew, I was right, and now, since a year, I was proofen right!

In plain English, the laws that apply to a general ban of games that feature Nazi-symbols are almost 40 years old and games were different back then. Now, the representation of those symbols is treated according to movie/book standards. If not gloryfied and put into historical context, it's ok.

I already bought the ROW keys but yes, you in fact have to rebuy them as they refused to go through the efforts of patching out the censors. Very few developers these days would take the their time to "fix" their game and offer it as a free major update.

Regarding the keys as a whole: I don't think the uncensored version accessible for Germans surfaced on the grey market yet, the keys will probably be around next year.
