A review says this doesn't even have the meme cutscene?

Something about it being the arcade version and thus not including the All Your Base... cutscene. Is that true? If so it seems pretty weird to mention it in the game's description and marketing materials ...

Yeah they probably shouldn't have mentioned it. Zero Wing's "meme" cutscenes were only on the PAL Megadrive port of the game.

A cut scene is not in right now, that's correct, but keep an eye open...

Well, bundling the Mega Drive version running with a modified (so the widgets on the left and right can be shown, and button configurations to change the prompt of C and Z to LB and RB) emulator would be OK, besides both SEGA and Toaplan wouldn't mind.
