Issue with game crashing on first loading screen.

Unsure what the problem is, but it seems like an issue with authenticating the programs files. This also shows up with the cache integrity check, showing a few corrupted files needing to be replaced, but I don't know what else to do to get them fixed. Can I get some help here please?

UPDATE: Found the fix in the SOE forums, turns out it's a compatibility issue with certain graphics cards. If you find you have the same issue I do, try this copy paste:

| 3. Set “use deferred rendering” to false.
| 4. Restart the game.

You can find the preferences.dat file by following this directory from your hard drive:

C:\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Magic The Gathering Tactics

I'm sorry, but I don't know how to get more gold in this game except to buy it. Maybe you can trade some cards you get for gold, so that's a hopeful.

It should be located in your steamapps folder, just follow the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Magic The Gathering Tactics

Again, the file is preferences.dat, just open with notepad. Hope I helped.

Mine's not working either. Got the some graphics but mostly black screen. Tried a fix in one of the other posts and got the graphics working. But then I started playing and it was nearly impossible to get my character to move. Most of the time no matter where I clicked it wouldn't let me move, and when I finally DID get him to move, it was usually in the opposite direction. This game is way too buggy. No wonder it's free.

.dat i have ban.dat, restrict,dat and campaign.dat on the folder data. In the mail folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Magic The Gathering Tactics doesn't appear any file .dat or preferences..
