Is Collision Chaos Act 3 even possible?
Those flippers don't give enough height, what the f*ck.

It's possible, It takes practice and precision.

More like a case of dumb luck. I literally passed it by button mashing all the jump buttons.

I agree with Daisy, after playing for 5 mins or so feeling frustrated stuck in the bottom area. I slowed down, stood on the bumpers, and took the time to learn how the bumpers push you; the next run of it I got lucky, was shot into the top area first and did it in 34 seconds

That boss seemed so much easier in the original Sega CD version.

I don't think it matters what future you're in, either.

In order to get more height, you must trigger the flipper when Sonic is near the flipper tip. CC Act 3 is the second easiest boss in the game, with experience, you can beat it in 30 seconds, but the first time it tooks at least a couple of minutes. Personally I like this boss since I like pinballs.

try doing it on an actual Sega CD. This ♥♥♥♥ works there

As for the steam edition, i HAVE beaten it so... yeah... it is possible... you're stupid.

SRSLY WTF collision chaos is NOTHING compared to labyrinth zone in sonic 1 or even wacky workbench in this very game

quit whining

You must HOLD the jump button while you go up. If you just tap the jump button on the flipper, you won't go high enough. The solution is very simple, hold the button on the flipper, control Sonic direction while going up, destroy the circular obstacles and in no more than one minute you'll reach the top. This boss is really easy, I am a normal player and I can beat that boss in little more than 30 seconds. Actually, the whole game is easy as long as you don't care about getting the good ending.

From my experience, you didn't need to do that in the Sega CD version, so knowing this helps a lot. Thanks.

I've never played the original Sega CD version, the first and only time I played Sonic CD before this remaster was in the CD-ROM PC version in the late 90's, but it was long time ago so I don't remember how the flippers worked in that version. I'm glad to have helped you, good luck with the boss!

Its just practice, before you know it you will get to the top! Remember, practice makes perfect

I looked at some videos after assuming I must be missing something obvious. Seems like nope, for some reason the flippers don't launch you as high in the Steam version which seems... ridiculous. It's a broken mechanic.
