This game requires Kalypso key to start and play. Steam will not refund. How to solve this problem? Should I comment on the game cite that nobody buy this game?

Hi Guys Is there a reason why my game keeps bombing out or crash while im playing

So tell me...did i get scammed by steam again? :) cause i bought this game and it does not work. My cd-key has already been used somehow.

I have a bit problem with the textures, at the beginning of the scenario, I have normal ground, snow and everything, after 1st battle, its gone, ground dissapear, black space, is there any fix or something for that? Its rly annoying and hard to track where to go......
