Worms crashing

My worms game ocasionally crashes during the battle, i got no idea what's causing it and i hope someone has found a way to fix it.

my comp specs:
windows 7, 32bit, 3.06 ghz
Radeon HD 6670 1gb, latest drivers
6GB RAM
Intel Core i3 CPU 540

1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R
2. The Run dialog should appear. Type dxdiag in the available text field.
3. Click OK
4. Click Save All Information
5. Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)
6. Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find.
7. Attach the DXdiag.txt file in an email to [e-mail]

Right now im using catalast driver version 12.8 with 6GB DDR3 with my x-fired 5870s on my laptop and only get a very minor shader glitch, no crashing... my guess is it could be a driver issue, so try rolling back your driver, and use driver sweeper to delete the drivers, because AMDs drivers are notoriously difficult to update, you have to make sure EVERYTHING gets deleted before you update then, even if they install okay and you didn't get rid of everything, you are going to run into issues if you dont use driver sweeper to get rid of them. Trust me I've had just about every issue you can think of for worms on my AMD laptop. I doubt it would be your CPU even an i3 should be plenty.

gtx 580 and i5 2500k. Game crashes to desktop, I tried pretty much every solution and wasted half and hour. I preordered the game, and it ran horribly on launch, but I was with another video card. Can I get a refund this late if I preordered from GMG?
