last angel comb containing axum vision doesn't open for me and neither do the bloom cankers next to it, i did both other objectives, but the game didn't seem to react to the one closer to the research station with a voice line, even though i think i cleared all bloom cankers and it opened

The last one has 3 areas you need to clear out, not 2 like the previous ones.

the base scanner? didn't know it had that option ill try it thanks for the suggestion

There are 3 child blooms to clear first. Takes a while to find them if you don't have a scanner built in the area

had the same issue, there are 3 to clear, you can find them by following the roots

i recommend using the scanner

You need the altered version of the sound canon. The blooms are enforced versions of the earlier ones. The altered version ha a bigger range. So they don't close into bunker mode.

you need to get a new variant of the Sonic Cannon that fires a "sound bubble", and then you need to find the baby Angel bloom or what they are called and take out the blooms there before you can clear the big one, so time to follow the corrupted roots or what ever they are and clear those of infection.

I got the feedback resonator. I cannot find the third one still, the scanner didn't help

Since I've beaten the current EA. Will drop the areas below.

First two are easy, follow the tendril, branches left to two pods to pop, and right into a cavern for two to pop. Final one is opposite direction, on top of a mesa. There's a ship wreck, the 3rd one is under that.

My issue was finding the ship wreck one with the blooms there, had to finally go to youtube to find that darn group of them.

This is the answer. Here's a lil bit of more info.

You need to get the feedback resonator, which lets you shoot your sonic resonator from range. You have 3 blooms to clear for the central one. The two first one are easy, one underneath the alien base, second one follow the tendrils. You'll see the main one as well that is closed. Turn left to follow the tendril, you'll see it going up a cliff. Go up that cliff on the plateau, you'll see a wreck. In the wreck there's one part of the feedback resonator and there is a hole going in a cave where the last bloom is.

All angel combs can currently be used before they're properly opened, the interactable part exists while closed and there is one spot that if you swim up as close to it as you can and kinda shove your face into it, you can get the adaptation.

We got soft locked because one of the viral blooms had all the cankers destroyed, but it was still infected. And even with the Axum vision we are still soft locked.
