I'd say that level 9 should be in annoying due to how annoying it can be and the insane sanity drain.
I don't think 55.1 is just medium difficulty, it'd say its annoying due to the final floor.
I think that level 1 is medium difficulty personally, due to it being relatively simple, just run into a room and hide and there's no more threat besides sanity.
Similar to level 1, I think level 5 should be in medium difficulty simply because you can just hide in rooms for the skin stealers and hounds but for the last part, all you have to do is crouch and not shine your flashlight at them and its safe.
I'd say level 94 is medium difficulty because all you have to do is run into a house and hide for the first part then just sit in a corner and shine your flashlight at a clown for the 2nd part.
I feel like abandoned outpost is really easy, all you gotta do is just grab bottles then get the wretch stuck in the cage so probably medium difficulty.
I think level !~! would be medium difficulty just because its kinda trial and error.
I'd say level fun+ is pretty easy because only 1 level really has a threat but even that is easily avoidable so medium difficulty.
I totally agree with level 3, I'm doing nightmare runs with some friends and I hate that level so much.
I think level fun would be annoying difficulty just because its kinda trial and error but it'll still take a while to realize a path and run through some spots.
Then of course, screw level 0.11.
The rest of this I agree with though, pretty good.
