A huge Issue / missing feature / bug

The [Capture] system is totally missing from this version.
You're supposed to capture the childrens at chapter 6 in the japanese version, and not killing them.

I need a confirmation if this was changed to make the game easier or it was a bug for the missing feature.
Caz this affects the later story by a ton if this is really a bug and is not intended.

Since the [Capture] system/feature is required for multiple chapters to proceed for the true ending of the game.

As far as I know, the capture system was abolished, so if you defeat it normally, it will count as capturing
