I'd say that PC is the better version since it has widescreen support which is a big deal considering the visuals are an important part of the game. Also with the Steam Deck and similar Portable PC systems can be used on the go (you can use the touch screen for inputs on the Steam Deck just like the original version). Mobile version is mainly best for people who want the original experience.
