Any way to fix specific volume glitch?

I've had two re-occurring volume glitches where, no matter how quiet I make the sound effects (a detriment when parrying) one aspect of something is SO LOUD it actually has caused ringing in my ears and a headache.

First time was in Gestral village. For some reason a conversation was SO MUCH LOUDER than anything in the game. But that was the only time it happened. Now I'm in Frozen Hearts, fighting those half fire half ice guys with the fire orbs and a key to parrying them is hearing that burr sound before the blast. well the problem is, the blast literally BLASTS. My headphones feel like they shake it's so loud and after constantly hearing it (no matter the volume) I am physically paying for it. Has there been any fix that anyone has found? Thanks in advance.

Gustave's line of 'for those who come after' during Overdrive also needs to be normalized, its far louder than anything else he says.
