Gustave Bald hairstyle?

So, I'm on NG+2 and I just can't seem to find where I'd get this. It isn't until you get past Act I that you can enter the area where you obtain the other bald haircuts.

The hairstyle is on the Fextralife (though I don't trust them as far as I can throw them), as well as a few videos showing it in an in-game menu (but that could be modded).

Nobody seems to be able to figure out where you get it or if it's even obtainable. Anyone manage to figure it out yet?

Honestly I'd like to know this too since I've been asking everywhere and no one seems to know how to unlock it. I even asked in the comments if the videos but the creators don't reply.

It is indeed in the game, as well as his Claire outfit with no known way to unlock them. Playing around with a save editor on my 100% game I was able to use it in game. I have a feeling both are supposed to be linked to unlocking them with Verso.

Aren't all Verso outfits and haircuts that you've unlocked previously available for Gustave on starting NG+?

I thought I saw someone comment that somewhere on this forum.

I know it's most, but not sure if it's all. Things like Renoir's Suit are retroactively given to Gustave. But not sure if it applies to those outfits and haircuts specifically.

Bald hair for each character is from the super mime that you reach by having flight at the sunless cliffs.

They're essentially the same character in terms of inventory.

Except only his Bald and Clair outfits don't transfer over no matter what ending you choose. Which suggests that they are either bugged or they are unlocked separately.
