I have a 3060ti and meet the recommended settings but man the game graphics..i need help

The opening cutscene itself had a lot of weird...edges and grain. The charactters hair was odd, their eyes seem to stay in place as tearing happened. I am not even playing on high settings just the recommended and its really...bad

Need some help. Here are my specs:

Alienware Aurora Ryzen
Amd ryzen 5 5600x 6 core proc
64 gigs ram
Nvidia geforce RTX 3060ti 8 gig ram
its on a SSD. I dunno whats going on. Geforce experience wont optimize the game for me ether.

Sorry to say, but getting the 60 version of any nvidia card is false savings. It's better in the long run to put down the extra money for an 80 or 90. I'm running a 3080Ti and everything's smooth even at ultra settings.

Turn your scaling down to 50%. You might get away with 75%

scaling? Which? Everything seems sharp and grainy even with motion blur and film grain off. Its hitting my adhd so badly

Okay, so weird. I set everything to epic, and that..fixed it. I dunno why it auto set it to such low settings. Thank you for staying with me.
