Both are day one for me as i havent played last of us because it wanst released on pc ntil now and resident eivil 4 will nowh ave amazing graphics compared to very bad graphics ith ad when it released for pc for the first time many years ago!

For myself only reason I would see to get "Last of us" is just to motivate Sony to release even more "exclusives" even sooner (because we all know they will release them) because they would get even more cash....

If I had to choose, probably the new RE4 because it's a remake afterall, so it's slightly different in the gameplay department from the original. Last of Us here appears to be just updated visuals ported to PC.

TLOU Part 1 offers nothing new except new 3D models, and new textures.
The story basically the same no new experience in gameplay as well, no new cutscenes, no new dialogues and else.
RE4 Remake offers plenty of new experience while keeping the original soul intact.
In example the village section was entirely different, the original was in the evening, while in the remake it was dawn, the cutscenes are different, the models are better than original, the gameplay was different, original can't shoot while moving, the remakes can, it can parry attacks now, it can block chainsaw attack now and many more that capcom still hiding.
So for me, RE4 Remake is a worthy $60 USD game while TLOU for me maybe $20 or $30.

for us pc gamers yes it is a new game because we couldnt play it when it released because ti dint release on pc. Dead space and and resident evil 4 remakes while rhey are remakes of old games their graphics will be 1000 times better now almost at movie quality levels while at their first release they were very bad dur to weak pcs of that time which makes them worth to repaly them on our current pcs to enjoy then with the amazing graphics we have to day and that why i will play dead space and resident evil 4 remake just like i played mafia remake in 2020.
