Whos worker itsuki? has anyone tried her out

Just googled this same question and decide to take a gamble with her. First training costs 150g and brings her stats to:
Cook 24
Serve 50
Procure 34
Appeal 49

Before hiring someone you can hit space on them and than select details, that will show you their stats at max level

I got Itsuki offered as my first hire (I'm silver ranked). Was confused about the 01 in all stats and low hire cost at first before I checked the details.
Stats: Level 1 >>> Level 20
Cooking: 01 >>> 438
Serving: 01 >>> 932
Procure: 01 >>> 628
Appeal: 01 >>> 963
Skill 1: Drink Serving
Skill 2: Staff with Irresistible Charm (This is what boosts her Appeal. Also, I just started playing and don't know what Appeal affects.)

Itsuki is my second best server, right behind El Nino! She rocks it, very excited I took the gamble on her... I figured the hint here was that she is a Ninja, so she has no skills in the restaurant industry but once she is trained like anything she will become a master of it! Neat easter egg, no regrets. ;)

For anyone who wants to know the optimal setup.
Maki/ Yonne Cooking
Itsuki/ El Nino Serving.

Once they are trained to a minimum of 7 each, this setup allows you to just focus on the wasabi each night and achieve a 5 star rating.

i prefer Raptor over Itsuki, Raptor at least does Cocktails. It dosnt help you when you have 2 drink servers and no one cocktails. like itsuki and el nino.

Also Raptor does wasabi. so you can help out el nino with cleaning once in a while

Itsuki is a really good procurer too. I immediately hired her on first opportunity despite the strange 1 stats because she's a ninja. Knowing these games, ninjas will be some of your best workers.

She also has a hidden recipe that rakes in a lot of money! It's Agar Toroken or something like that.

She's great. Good worker for you and then for the branch once you get better people to replace her. She's one of the best ones. I had her in the restaurant until I got El Nino and Raptor, then she was dispatched a while. Now she's in my branch. All of her stats are pretty good. Pretty much get all of your crew to level 7 so you have the skills unlocked. At that level she's very good but not as good as El Nino and Raptor.
