Is any one else having problems with items disappearing?

Two days ago, I moved a fridgerator and two mini coolers into my base., and also a tire rack. I have two Utility cabinets set and loaded with scrap. Today when I login, these new items are all gone. Also I'm sure that had my Workstation and Advanced Workstation loaded up with materials... the stations are there, but empty now

I had issues too like that. I just restart the game and most of the time, the items come back.

The vehicle loot update not only cleared all stored loot you had in vehicle but also items that you recently added or bought to your base from outside, like propane cages from service stations, cupboards etc.

So a Purge of everything, I had 2 cube trucks full and a suv until I could build enough
storage and after dying to a boar attack my body had nothing on it to retrieve and
everything in my vehicles disappeared.
Just sad I feel the need to recover that loot using the console commands because that
was 30 hours wasted.

Is there a list of console commands? I'd, really like my tire storage shelf back
