HARD LOCKED BLACK SCREEN?!

Already had to restart my PC like SIX times and I got sick and tired of this... alt+enter, ctrl+shift+esc (to open task mgr), win+ctrl+shift+B to reset gpu, nothing worked I was forced to restart my pc from button EVERY TIME......

Already googled this and none of the solution I found fixed it, graphics drivers up to date, deleted cache folder, check game's integrity files, disable full screen optimization, forced vsync through NCP, tried playing windowed/borderless/fullscreen didn't matter the screen just goes black no sound, or anything, keyboard works since I'm able to turn on/off caps so it's not full pc freeze just no video/audio for some reason (since audio is through HDMI prob that's the reason it also goes away?)

I ran out of ideas did any1 found a solution this issue????

Win 10 - i7 10700k - rtx 3070 - 32gb ddr4 3600 - m2 nvme.
