Now please go back and read those comments then read the wiki article about a strawman rinse and repeat.

1. straw man is a misrepresentation of an argument so that one can attack the easier one they've set out for themselves.
2. in your case, you do not have an argument to begin with, you saying you're going to watch streamers confirm your biases is not an argument, you've not set out a proposition or made a case, you only said you're going to do that thing.

Millions of people LOVED DAO. They butchered this franchise, now they get what they deserve.
Nobody cares about somebodys sexual life, except they want to be a part of it or the said person feels it is necessary to rub his/her preferences under everybodys nose.

Do I have something against romance option for gay/lesbian? - No.
Do I need them in my game? - also no.
That is why I find that making every companion available to romance for every player is a GREAT decision. Pity this is the only good choice they made.
