Saves corrupted already?

About 3 hours in, went to save the game after the 3rd power ring thing that the new companion Elf needs to disable, for some reason the game loaded instead, and now ALL of my saves from the Arlethan forest will not load at all, so now Im back to the lighthouse, before the option tasks of talking to the 2 companions.
Im enjoying the game so far, but losing around 2 hours of progress is really annoying

i have the same problem, almost 4 hours into the game, no saves can be loadet...i really hope its just a tiny bug, and they can fix it fast...

yes i lost 3 h... im cryin.. . try also another hour lost. After the Eluvian nothing is wrking

It's happened to me twice. Luckily, I managed to figure out a way to save my save.
1) Create a new character and save as soon as possible.
2) Shut down the game and have it check the integrity of the files.
3) Turn on the game and load the new character file.
4) Switch to the original character and load the second to last save.
5) Done.
Let me know if this worked for you too.

It didn't, but thank you for the potential work around. The only thing I've found that tends to work, is reloading back to a save in the lighthouse.
Shouldnt have to do it to be able to play as ive again lost another 40 mins. I really hope they fix whatever bug is causing this -_-

after 4hr, and around the same area..every single save I have loads up, then gives me a message and boots me to main menu.

Yep no fix has worked only to start a new game and play never get off it kindof maybe the way it's set up to do that purposely so you don't get of the game
