MOVIE RENDERING TIPS
I was wondering if there's a way or tips how to render movie in high quality and short render time?

Well, first off, quality and render time are directly (and inversely) connected, so you'll kinda have to gauge that yourself depending on how fast your computer is and how long you're willing to wait versus what quality you want. So sadly there's no miracle solution here. I personally go for 64 samples of both DoF and motion blur, at 720p 30fps. I believe that's a good compromise.

There's one thing I can recommend though, and that's to render the movie as a .png image sequence instead of a movie file. You can then use a movie editing program, or something like VirtualDub to put it all back into a movie. Your best bet for that is as an .avi using the H.264 codec, this will make your movie look good, yet weigh far, FAR less than an SFM-made .avi.
