How to fix white screen covering Camera

I had a problem where the camera would appear as a white screen and so would the small boxes containing the .bsp selection. To fix this, I am using windows and press "Ctrl+Alt+Delete" and delete is location next to my enter bar, it may very depending on your computer. Next, a blue menu will show, click start task manager. Then, a tab will opne up. It will have a veriety of tabs at the top, so click on Processes. Make sure to close SFM before doing this. Click on the Steam.exe process. Then find the button on the window that says End Process. Steam will close, reboot it and then open up SFM, the problem will be fixed!

You can access the task manager faster by right clicking the taskbar by the way.

That's unfortunate, I would try it again but if you ever figure it out please feel free to share your solution.
Try these if you haven't already:

• Verify integrity of game cache
  
• Reinstall SFM

2 fudging days of trying to fix a thing that should have been fixed in 1 second.....Sometimes sfm annoys me.
