What are your system specs, and monitor resolution?
Direct X11 (WHUT? I thought I had much less than that...... GMOD/TF2/SFM all says I have 8 only capabilities...probably the graphics card!)
Windows Vista Service Pack 2
RAM 4GB
GeForce 6200 (489 Approx. Memory)
Current Display Mode: 1024x768(32 bit) (70Hz)
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80 GHz 2.79 GHz
Yeah that might be sketchy, need anymore information tell me! Hope you can help!
The fact you have DX11 installed doesn't mean your GPU can handle it. DXDiag says I have DX11 too, yet my Radeon HD 4850 only supports up to DX10.
Well, as far as I can tell the 6200 should be enough for SFM, it's supposed to support DirectX 9 shader model 3. If some apps tell you it only supports DX8 you might wannna update your graphics card drivers.
The "The game window is smaller than the sfm render resolution." error is caused by your screen resolution being too low for SFM's native 1280 X 720 render resolution. What's the make and model of your monitor? Perhaps you could push the resolution a bit higher.
Edit:Also can't make monitor go further.
EDIT:
Actually, I just remembered my parents' old computer had a GeForce 7300 in it, and I'm positive that hunk o' junk wouldn't run SFM in a million years. I'd wait for a second opinion since my knowledge on the subject is a tad limited, but I believe you have to buy a new computer if you ever hope to use SFM...
I just found this on your card and unfortuantely it pretty much spells it out.
This info is straight from the GeForce 6 Series Wiki page...

GeForce 6200
GeForce 6200 in a low-profile AGP form factor
With just 4 pixel pipelines, the 6200 series forms Nvidia's value/budget (low-end or entry level) product. The 6200 omits memory compression and SLI support, but otherwise offers similar rendering features as the 6600s. The later 6200 boards were based on the NV44 core (s), which is the final production silicon for the 6200 series.
GeForce 6200 chip specifications
[edit] GeForce 6200
Core Clock: 300 MHz
Memory Clock: 550 MHz
Pixel Pipelines: 4
Vertex Processors: 3
Memory: 128 MB/256 MB/512 MB [5] DDR on a 64-bit/128-bit interface
SFM's minimum requirements are
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 200 series card or better, or AMD Radeon 3000 series or better (NVIDIA GeForce 400 series or AMD Radeon 5000 series preferred)
These are PCIe cards with a minimum 512mb - 1gb of DDR2 memory which support DX10.

Please spell it out (again) and identify the map you are trying to get to work.
