A video I made and I have been using Scource filmmaker for about 2 weeks. just wondering what i need to work on the most. Iv got like 4 or 5 other vids on that youtube channel as well but I think this one is the best.

That's really good for 2 weeks. You're making use of particles and other moderately advanced techniques. If I were you (and I'm still in the same boat after about 3 months working with SFM) I'd work on character animation.

I realize that you were going for a stylized sort of cartoon animation, but certain animations like the scout drinking, should have lots of little subtle animations in the pelvis/spine to make the animation look really natural.

Good character animation takes a long time to master, I gather. At least for me. I still suck at it.

You are doing well though. Keep at it!

I'm with imagitronics on this one, that's pretty impressive for someone with only two weeks of experience. One piece of advice I usually give is to back the camera away and reduce the FoV, that helps tremendously capture that cinematic feel.

I gotta ask though, would you happen to have followed my tutorial for the floating text? :3
