In the viewport where you can see the map, right below to the left of it should be 4 buttons.
The First one looks like a mouse. It does absolutely nothing.
The second one looks like arrows in a + shape.
That allows you to forcefully move bones.
the one that looks like ( ) is the rotation tool.
The last one is sort of like the baby of the rotation and the translation tool, looks like ~( - )
of course for any of those to work you need to be in the graph/motion editor while selecting an animation set
Seriously, If you don't watch the Youtube videos out there, then there is nothing we can do for you here. This is a very involved tool and has a very steep learning curve. If you don't learn what we talk about and what tools are called or what they do, you're lost and we waste time.
