Only on WIndows ?
I really want to make movies and items but it only supports Windows! Is there a some kind of release date for Mac OS X? or even is there a future SFM for Mac ?

SFM uses a cross-platform UI system (QT) so it's possible, but there's been no other indication of a non-Windows release. Since Valve primarily use Windows PCs in their office and SFM is pretty much an internal tool made public, it's expected but still kind of a shame.

Well u can always use Boot Camp so u can use any Windows applications (including SFM) on your Mac

There are mutiple threads about that issue. SFM is only on Windows. But there is a certain possibilty to be on Linux and Mac OS X
