Killstreak Effect Particles are squares! D:

So I tried out the killstreak.pcf particles for the first time, and most of them are just blue and green squares. The textures are fine, no purple-black checkerboards, but the squares are really annoying. Please help.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\tf\materials\effects\, open wispy_smoke_add.vmt in notepad, and add the line "$translucent" "1" somewhere in it. That should fix most unusual effects having squares instead of smoke in them.
