Make a folder called PVKii under your SFM\game folder and copy those 4 folder (models, materials, particles and sound) to it. Go into usermod and open the gameinfo.txt file and find SearchPaths, add Game and the name of the folder you created somewhere in the list (closer to the top loads first). Save the file and relaunch SFM.
If I remember properly, there were some materials issue with the characters. I don't know if those issues were fixed in the recent updates to PVKii.
If your looking for the PVKii Maps, they are in the Maps folder where you copied the other folders from. Copy the maps folder to the folder you created under the SFM\games folder.
I don't guarantee that the maps will work in SFM. They were developed for the Valve 2007 engine and may not contain HDR.
