I cat create or open a ssesion

I open sfm then y press the create/open session and sfm just freezes and stop working pls help

It usually does that because "Beta" lololol... nmmh Maybe check it for errors?

the open session box should pop up automatically. but you have to wait. sfm always goes into "not responding" when it first starts up.
