Is it possible to change scout's default hair color? (or baseball bill's sports shine)
Hi, I'm trying to recreate the cover of "Flight 714 to Sydney" [thetintinshop.uk.com] using TF2 characters, and I think that BLU scout would be the best fit for Tintin. The main problem is: scout has black hair. Is there any way to change his hair color?

Mr. Spy Man, you can either apply material overrides to the Scout, or edit the hair color post-SFM (i.e. in photoshop).
you may have to manually edit (however you do this) the texture. and use an override to replace the basetexture with your edited file.

Well, you don't need photoshop— Gimp is a fine option (and free!). You'll just need the vtf plugin for it (you'd need it for photoshop, too). Here's some links:
